Registration Procedure

  • Registration must be filled out by the Team Manager, Coach, or Team Representative.
  • Registration only needs to be done once by the team representative.
  • Prepare all data and documents for team members and supporters.
  • Upload the documents via 1 Google Drive Folder containing the data/documents of all team members (an example is available in the registration form Excel).
  • Download and complete the document (Excel):
    Participant & Supporter Registration Form
  • Fill in all data on the form completely and correctly.
  • Save the Excel file with the specified file naming format on each form.
  • Ensure all documents comply with the requirements.
