Registration Procedure

1. Registration must be filled out by the Team Representative.
2. Registration only needs to be done once by the team representative.
3. Prepare all team members' data and documents.
4. Upload the documents in 1 Google Drive Folder containing data/documents of all team members (an example is available in the registration form Excel).
5. Download and complete the document (Excel):
   Participant Registration Form
6. Fill in all data on the form completely and correctly.
7. Save the Excel file with the specified file naming format on each form.
8. Ensure all documents comply with the requirements.
