Registration Instructions

1. The registration form must be filled out by the band representative.
2. Prepare all personal data and documents of the band members.
3. Upload the documents and requirements of all team members to your respective drives (the document link will be attached in the registration form).
4. Download and complete the document at the following link:

5. Fill in all data on the form completely and correctly.
6. Save the registration form Excel file in .xlsx / .xls format.
7. Ensure all attached documents and information comply with the requirements.
8. Upload your performance video to Google Drive and make sure the file is accessible. Then, paste the link into the Video Performance form.
9. After understanding the entire flow and preparing the required documents, please click the registration button.
